Lee Tynan
Group Development Director
Developing his culinary skills in the early part of his career within the De Vere Hotel Group and thereafter as Executive Head Chef at Puckrup Hall in Gloucestershire, Lee brings valuable chef experience to the team. He also has as a strong background in Food Development including roles as Development Chef at McCormick Group, Development Chef Controller at the Brakes Group, Food Innovations & Development Controller at Authentic Foods and latterly as Head of Product Development within Morrison’s retail, managing the Fresh/Chilled and Manufacturing division. Lee brings a proven track record in New Product Innovation, as well as being a well-known and respected Individual within the foodservice industry.
