Lee Tynan - Group Development Director
Developing his culinary skills in the early part of his career within the De Vere Hotel Group and thereafter as Executive Head Chef at Puckrup Hall in Gloucestershire, Lee brings valuable chef experience to the team. He also has as a strong background in Food Development including roles as Development Chef at McCormick Group, Development Chef Controller at the Brakes Group, Food Innovations & Development Controller at Authentic Foods and latterly as Head of Product Development within Morrison’s retail, managing the Fresh/Chilled and Manufacturing division. Lee brings a proven track record in New Product Innovation, as well as being a well-known and respected Individual within the foodservice industry. Lee manages the Group Development and Technical functions across the group.

Neil Helyar - Senior  Development Manager

Neil joined Flagship Europe in 2007 strengthening the chef focus of the business. He comes with a strong operator background with over fifteen years experience in kitchen and resort management with the Rank Group and Bourne Leisure. Prior to joining Flagship Europe Neil was responsible for developing the food offering for the Butlins brand . His background has given him an invaluable insight into the sharp end of the foodservice market, which paired with his chef skills and innovative ideas has made Neil a real asset to the business.

GeorgeNick Harris - Senior Development Manager

Nick started his development career at Unilever Food Solutions working in categories such as soups, sauces & bouillons across the Foodservice Sector. After 5 years working on branded product development Nick joined Unilever's Sous Vide division as a Senior Development Chef where he was responsible for creating bespoke centre-plate meal solutions across multinational Restaurants & Pub brands.
Nick then further developed his knowledge & experience in food development by working as a freelance/consultant Development Chef for 3 years in which time he worked for some leading UK manufacturers including Kerry Foods, Bakkavor & Northern Foods gaining valuable experience in new product categories including Indian & Italian cuisine, Ready Meals, and Salads, Sandwiches & Wraps.
For the past 5 years Nick has been working as Culinary Development Manager at Lyons Seafoods helping to create many exciting seafood dishes that now appear on numerous branded menus across the foodservice sector. Nick brings a wealth of experience to Flagship Europe across a wide range of product categories.

GeorgeMax Grandison - New Product Development Manager

Max joined the business in November 2012 from British Pepper and Spice, a supplier of condiments and sauces to major retailers and manufacturers. A graduate of Leeds University, where he gained a BSc (Hons) in Food Bioscience, Max manages the Oasis Development team & is a key member of the Flagship Europe NPD team. As more and more of our customers look to us to have a greater input into their innovation and development programs Max's extensive experience of process development within the food industry is invaluable.

GeorgeAdam Dobbs

Adam joined the business in November 2014 from Orchid Pubs and Dining. He brings over nine years’ experience in kitchen management to the Flagship team. Prior to Adam joining Flagship he was responsible for training and support of delivering new menus and specifications across five different concepts within the Orchid estate. Adam  went on to develop his knowledge & experience in food development by working closely alongside his colleagues in the Orchid development team. 

GeorgeGeorge Lowe - Assistant Product Development Manager

George joined the team in 2016 with a strong culinary background. He started his culinary career at 15 and went onto to study in Birmingham. Working alongside some of the best chefs in the midlands and in some top Michelin starred restaurants such as “Restaurant Loves” & “Simpsons”, he later went on to run a restaurant and banqueting venue in Staffordshire. After moving to Cape Town he became the Head Chef at an events management company and then proceeded to run his own consultancy and Private Chef Business working with numerous restaurants and cooking for the rich and famous for 2 years.  Upon moving back to the UK in late 2015 George joined the Flagship Europe team in early 2016.
