Adam Dobbs
Adam is one of Flagship Europe's newest recruits having joined the business in November 2014 from Orchid Pubs and Dining. He brings over nine years' experience in kitchen management to the Flagship team. Prior to Adam joining Flagship he was responsible for the training and support of delivering new menus and specifications across five different concepts within the Orchid estate. Adam then went on to develop his knowledge & experience in food development by working closely alongside his colleagues in the Orchid food development team.
